Movement Coaching Options

  1. 1:1 Movement Programming

    You are a great fit if you’re interested in a custom movement program that addresses your specific movement needs and goals. Injured or rehabbing? Never strength trained before? Have a specific goal in mind? We will work together online where you’ll receive personalized workouts, exercise demos, and support throughout your week. Programs are an 8 week minimum.

  2. Movement Programs

    Looking for a more economical but still scientifically sound movement program? This if for you. All programs have an emphasis on core, posture, and alignment with empowerment and strength gains as the end goal no matter your starting point.   3. Movement Cohorts

    Move through a strength program in a cohort of like minded individuals. New program and cohort launches are often shared via Instagram (follow along!). Options to “DIY” your own cohort with a group of friends and custom program is also an option! Moving with a cohort community builds accountability and support that lasts beyond the program timeline.

Movement Program Options:

  • 8 Week Full Body Strength - appropriate for beginner or seasoned movers, build strength with minimal home equipment or your current gym pass. Includes consistent programming that builds strength and self-discernment. 4x/week of 30 minute workouts.

  • 12 Week ABC Program: Attunes Beginner Course - appropriate for beginner or seasoned movers and includes programming for both strength and conditioning. Accessible for a minimal home gym set up or gym pass, this program includes variability to keep training interesting as you build strength and confidence in strength training,

  • Postpartum Strength - a focus on spinal health to relieve back pain and a core and glute focus to build longevity and ease into body. This 3x/week home program is accessible for a new (or old!) mom seeking specialized care post pregnancy (hint: every pregnant women deserves this attention for her body!)
