Thursday 6a- Vinyasa Yoga

Mindful Flow is similar to a slow flow but with Anna ‘twist.’ Open and encouraged to all-levels.

Vinyasa Yoga focuses on linking movement and breath with a faster paced class. Some movement experience or yoga classes encouraged to feel most comfortable.

Classes hosted by Nourishing Heart Yoga, located on the corner of 582 East Hillside Drive.

Through cueing she’s developed from 10+ years of teaching movement, students are guided into a new depth in familiar postures and discover a grater awareness on and off the mat in their body.

No matter client ability level, body size, or starting point, clients leave their sessions feeling calmer, more empowered, and stronger than when they began.
