Anna’s sessions hold space for clients to increase both their pliability and strength while harmonizing mind and body.  When we integrate strength and flexibility, we are on the path for a pain-free and vital life.

Through cueing she’s developed from 10+ years of teaching movement, students are guided into a new depth in familiar postures and discover a grater awareness on and off the mat in their body.

No matter client ability level, body size, or starting point, clients leave their sessions feeling calmer, more empowered, and stronger than when they began.

1:1 Sessions

Flow through a custom sequence that meets your mental and physical needs and goals. Begin with breath work, move through your yoga sequence, and end in guided meditation. All levels are welcomed and encouraged.

1:1 sessions are offered virtually and in person in 45 minute increments.

Anna is a:

1. Yoga Student for 13+ Years and counting

  • With experience in Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Restorative, Hatha and Bikram Yoga.

2. Movement Teacher for 10+ Years

  • A personal trainer for the past decade, a yoga teacher for the past four years, and a former DI student-coach.

3. Nourishing Heart Yoga Teacher Trainer Faculty Member

  • Anna teaches Yoga Teacher Trainees about functional movement, anatomy, and how to fuse western science with yogic philosophy.

 Attune students practice with sound anatomical guidance, tenants of functional movement, longevity in mind and body through sequences that increase strength, balance, and flexibility.
